Managing Director & Asset Manager

Harold is engaged in all aspects of RCG Group’s operations. He is responsible for asset management, property management oversight and corporate administration. He is also involved in making strategic acquisitions for RCG Group and plays an active role in property development and design.

Harold graduated with an Honours BA from Queen’s University and later completed the Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics from UBC. An energetic, approachable humble man with a big heart, when he’s not busy striking the next property deal, Harold enjoys sailing, skiing, biking, reading & travel and is a big (patient!) Canucks fan.

Gordon Walker

Sr. VP, Real Estate and Development

Gordon, a highly energetic and passionate real estate professional, joined RCG Group at the beginning of 2011. Reporting to the President, and in support of the Company’s Mission Statement, Gordon is responsible for initiating and managing RCG Group’s master planning development strategies as well as directing and achieving the company’s overall medium to long-term asset and income growth objectives through the acquisition and the development of quality real estate investment properties in a wide range of asset classes throughout Western Canada. Gordon obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics, (Dean’s List) at the University of British Columbia and is a long-standing member of the Real Estate Institute of BC.

For downtime when he’s not strategizing the company’s next move, Gordon likes to travel and spend time with his family, hits the gym on a regular basis, and on rare occasions tries his hand at golf.

Bernard Bezuidenhout

Bernard Bezuidenhout

Property Manager

Bernard joined RCG Group in 2020 and is responsible for property management services, preserving and enhancing overall value of real property assets and tenant relationships.

In 1997, he began as a real estate investor and developer, focusing in hands-on building construction and residential tenancies followed by commercial property management integration as of 2010. Bernard obtained his Rental Property Management Licencing certification through UBC and holds a Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation through BCIT. As a long-standing member of the Plant and Engineering Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC), Bernard is passionate about providing the highest standard of professional property and maintenance management services.

Enthusiastic kayaker and hiker, he loves spending time enjoying BC’s beautiful lakes and nature.
