About RCG Group

Our goal is to acquire and develop high quality, enduring and sustainable real estate, adding both vibrancy and permanence to the greater communities in which we operate.

Founded in 1964, Richmond Holdings Ltd., along with its associated companies, Cornett Holdings Ltd. and Gilchrist Properties Ltd., formed the basis of the RCG Group.

We are a long-standing, Richmond, British Columbia-based owner, developer and manager of all forms of commercial real estate including industrial and retail properties across the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, in Calgary, Alberta and Hayward, California.

For over 50 years, we have been pioneers in the City of Richmond & Vancouver’s Lower Mainland region. RCG Group has successfully applied our innovation and decades of experience to help companies shape and support their growth and transformation within the communities in which they operate. We’ve proudly worked with RONA, DHL International, London Drugs, Gordon Food Services, Island Farms, VTech Electronics (Canada) Ltd., Bombardier, Weyerhaeuser, the Overwaitea Food Group, Lowes, Southwire, Loomis, Vancouver Coastal Health and many others.
